Altmania!

Abri diversas páginas (veja menu lateral) relacionadas ao meu lado altmaníaco (minha dissertação de mestrado é sobre o Short Cuts, e agora no doutorado estou tentando analisar o Assassinato em Gosford Park), para quem estiver interessado! Procurei tudo quanto é vídeo no Youtube, de preferência entrevistas e filmes inteiros do Altman 😉 Afinal, não é lá muito fácil achar os filmes dele por aí…atualmente estão lançando mais coisas do Altman em DVD, mas mesmo assim, tem muito trabalho dele perdido por aí, em VHS ou nem isso! Claro que não encontrei quase nada em português, a maioria está com o áudio original em inglês ou até dublado em italiano, e com legendas em inglês ou francês ou italiano ou alguma outra língua *risos O único filme que achei dublado em português foi, claro, o Popeye 🙂 Também coloquei umas fotos e pôsteres de cada filme, às vezes inclui uma resenha ou outra – mas ainda não tem todos os filmes, óbvio!!! Quando não encontrei nada, coloquei apenas o trailer, ou uma resenha, ou foto. Depois vou procurar fazer algo mais completinho.

I’ve opened several pages (see menu on your right) related to my altmaniac side (my master’s dissertation was about Short Cuts, and now during my phD I’ve been trying to analyze Gosford Park) for those who are interested! I’ve searched all kinds of videos on Youtube, preferrably Altman’s interviews and full movies…because it’s still not exactly easy to find his works…sure, they’ve been releasing a lot of his stuff on DVD but there are some things that can only be found in VHS format or not even that!! Of course I couldn’t find everything in english…most have the original audio, but Images and Buffallo Bill, for instance, are in italian, and most are subtitled in french or italian or some other language. I’ve also tried including the movie’s poster(s), photos, music and things like that…obviously, I couldn’t find them all, so, sometimes all I posted were photos, or a trailer, or a review…I’ll try to complete the whole filmography, or at least include more material. It’s just that right now I don’t really have the time to do this, because I have to write about Mr. Altman 😉
